If you are a consumer and the purchase agreement was entered into remotely, you have the right to cancel the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the container, unless otherwise provided by law.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send us notice of withdrawal before the deadline expires. You may also withdraw from the contract before taking delivery of the container, provided that the legal conditions are met.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by law. This may apply, in particular, to a container that was manufactured or custom-modified according to your specific requirements.
Each case is assessed based on the specific scope of the modifications. Simply choosing from commonly offered options or standard accessories does not necessarily mean that the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
Please inform us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement, such as an email or a written notice.

After withdrawing from the contract, the consumer is required to return the container within the statutory time limit.
Due to the size and weight of the containers, their return must be handled on a case-by-case basis. The consumer is responsible for the costs of returning the container, unless otherwise specified by law or a specific contract. The specific method and cost of transportation may vary depending on the location of the container.
Once we have received your cancellation notice, we will contact you to arrange the return and pickup of the container.
After a valid withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the funds we received within the statutory time limit and using the same method by which we accepted the payment, unless we agree otherwise.
In cases specified by law, we may withhold the refund until the container is returned or you provide proof that you have shipped it back.
